MEET THE TEAM
Trav (Co-director & business founder) has worked in a broad spectrum of care environments for the last 15 years.
Starting in Dentistry in the Royal Air Force, Trav switched to care industry as a support worker and eventually set up Ambitions in 2013
Trav has NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care & Level 3 Counselling qualifications.
Jason joined Ambitions in 2016. He is a keen ex-professional musician and would love to teach you the basics on guitar.

Jason was in various building trades over the years and has an excellent knowledge of DIY skills that you can get stuck into with him if interested.
Jason is fully qualified to NVQ Level 2 in health & social care.
Paul has worked as a support worker for many years and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role.
He enjoys supporting people in practical ways, whether that's helping to explore employment opportunities or simply taking the time for a good chat.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys DJing, MMA, and aerial photography.
Mel (Co-Director & Registered Service Manager) has a solid background in the legal & legislation side of the care industry having been a Senior Paralegal at a Law Firm for many years working within the Care Department.
Mel has been managing Ambitions since 2017.
Both Co-Directors will be actively supporting you and not sat in office miles away!
Mia joined the Ambitions team in 2024.
She has a degree in Anthropology and worked previously as teacher of English as a foreign language. She also spent time in a community cafe helping young people gain new skills and experience in the work place.
Mia loves walking on Dartmoor and also painting and writing.
Kelly Joined Ambitions in 2017 and is our deputy manager.
She loves creating fresh dishes, and will assist you with cooking.
Kelly will take you out on days trips throughout the south west, playing pool and darts if you are interested.
Kelly has a degree in psychology and her NVQ3 in Health & Social care.
Meg was welcomed into the Ambitions team in 2023 and has been in the care sector for over 10 years.
Meg is a great listener and is a brilliant problem solver.
